Questions
Who is it for?
Parents of children aged 3 to 11. Grown-ups hold the account; children never sign in.
What do you store about my child?
Only a first name, an age band and up to three interests. No surnames, birthdays, photos or locations.
When is my data deleted?
Everything about your children is deleted automatically on 31 January. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
Is it a subscription?
No. The free plan is free forever. The passes are one-off payments for Christmas 2026.
Will Santa ever be unkind?
Never. Every letter is encouraging. Santa never mentions presents being taken away.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your Home Screen like an app.
